Norway has approved plans drawn up by Germany-based DEA Deutsche Erdoel AG to develop the Dvalin gas field, the company’s first in Norwegian waters.
The ministry of petroleum and energy approved the development and operation plan (PDO) for Dvalin after five months of deliberation, and paves the way for first gas in 2020.
