The 9.6 mtpa Dunkirk LNG regas terminal in northern France has received a first commissioning cargo from Bonny Island in Nigeria, terminal owner EDF confirmed.
The 130,000 cubic meter LNG carrier Madrid Spirit arrived at Dunkirk on Friday, EDF said. Unloading the ship will take up to ten days, then EDF will gradually test the terminal’s three storage units, the company said.
