Alaska Gasline Development Corporation (AGDC) plans to assume full control of the USD 45 billion Alaska LNG project by the end of this year, the state-owned firm said this week.
The 20 mtpa plant and infrastructure project was originally developed by ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips and BP. The state of Alaska purchased a stake of infrastructure firm TransCanada last November.
