Top global LNG buyer Jera has sold a diverted LNG cargo to a buyer based in South Korea, sources told Gas Matters Today.
Jera – a joint venture between Japanese utilities TEPCO and Chubu Electric Power – has agreed to deliver 60,000 tonnes of LNG in December to a storage tank leased by Japanese firm Itochu at the Gwangyang terminal in South Korea, according to reports.
