The 9.6 mtpa Dunkirk LNG import terminal in northern France may not be fully commissioned and begin normal operations until the end of this year, following a fire incident this summer, technical director Sylvain Ringot said this week.
Dunkirk LNG received its maiden cargo in mid-July, then due to gradually start testing the facility’s three storage units and begin operations in late September.
