Nigeria and Morocco have penned an agreement to develop a pipeline linking the two nations, but sources told Gas Matters Today that the proposed gas interconnector may not appear anytime soon.
The agreement to build a cross-border line was concluded after Morocco’s King Mohammed VI met with Nigerian president Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja.
