The board of South Korean firm Kogas has approved a USD 513 million investment in the 3.4 mtpa Coral floating liquefaction (FLNG) project in Mozambique, subject to all partners taking a final investment decision.
The Kogas board agreed to invest during the 2017-2022 period through subsidiary KG Mozambique, which aims to develop and produce gas from the country’s offshore Area 4 block.
