Malaysia’s state-run Petronas delivered its first LNG cargo to Thailand on 20 July as part of a 15-year, 1.2 mtpa sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Thai state-owned energy company PTT.
The cargo arrived at PTT’s Map Ta Phut LNG Terminal at Rayong province on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand from Petronas’ LNG plant in Bintulu, Sarawak.
