Angola LNG has completed the loading of its second LNG cargo and the vessel is now offshore-Soyo awaiting instruction, a company spokesman confirmed to Gas Matters Today on Wednesday, adding that the $10 billion plant’s first cargo had been safely unloaded in Rio de Janeiro.
