Natural Gas Council opposes legislation to strip FERC of authority over LNG terminals

The US gas industry is unhappy over recent proposed legislation by selected state senators to repeal the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) authority to approve and site LNG terminals in all US states.
