Arrow may reject Shell and PetroChina’s $3 billion takeover bid

Australian coalbed methane (CBM) producer Arrow Energy is likely to reject the $3 billion joint takeover bid made last week by Shell and PetroChina, the Australian Financial Review (AFR) said on Monday.
