Libya drafts new hydrocarbon law as diplomatic relations remain tense

European oil and gas companies including BP, ENI and Repsol may already be anxious over Libya’s strained relations with Europe after its latest move of halting the issue of entry visas to several European citizens - now the Libyan government intends to revise its fifty year old hydrocarbon law.
