China imports over 1.5 Bcm of Turkmenistan gas in first half of 2010

State-owned China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) imported more than 1.5 Bcm of gas from Turkmenistan in the first half of the year as Ashgabat forges ahead in diversifying gas exports.
