CNOOC’s Hainan LNG terminal project set for 2014 start up date

China’s state-owned CNOOC plans to start the construction of its Hainan LNG import terminal in March 2011, with start up slated for 2014, four years behind its original schedule, a company executive was quoted as saying in local press.
