Where does Project Discovery leave the British gas industry?
Ofgem’s two lengthy Project Discovery reports have stirred up wide-ranging debate in Britain’s energy community, which means that they have achieved that part of their objective. The first presented four scenarios describing the UK gas and electricity sectors out to 2020 combining assumptions about slow or fast economic recovery with a slow or fast transition to green energy.
