What is included in the course fee?
Accommodation is included in the course fee from the evening before the course commences begin until the morning of the final day. Alphatania courses also include breakfast, lunch and some evening meals. Any additional travel costs and personal expenses are the responsibility of the delegate. Upon registration, we will provide you with the full course joining instructions, which will include further details and suggestions on travel.

Our course leaders combine their active roles consutling within the gas and LNG industry with their training activities. They are globally active in advising major clients through Gas Strategies and bring exceptional experience and insight into industry.

Can I get a discount for multiple bookings?
We would be delighted to discuss a discount for multiple bookings:
- A contract for a pre-determined number of places over the year
- Three or more attendees on any one course from a single company

When is the latest I can book?
Due to the popularity of our courses, they very often get fully booked many weeks in advance. We recommend you book as early as possible.
Can you help me arrange my visa?
We are pleased to assist with visa applications and can provide a Letter of Invitation request. It is the responsibility of each delegate to ensure they meet visa requirements of the course location and that they allow enough time to obtain the required documentation.
Do I need to make my own travel arrangements?
Yes – when we confirm your booking you will receive joining instructions which detail the nearest airport and how to get to the hotel. We can advise on transport but each delegate is responsible for their own travel arrangements.
Do I need to book the hotel?
No – after we have confirmed your booking we will contact the hotel and you’re your room. Accommodation is included in the price of the course.
Can I book extra nights at the hotel?
Yes – details on how to book additional nights at the hotel will be provided in the joining instructions. Each delegate is responsible for the costs of any additional nights.
Are meals provided?
Yes – breakfast and lunches and some evening meals are provided. A group dinner at a local restaurant is also included to experience some local cuisine and culture!
When do I have pay by?
Full payment of the course fee must be received at least 5 days prior to the start of the course. If the payment is not received prior to the course, the delegate may be refused entry or required to pay by credit card when the course commences.
How can I pay?
We accept payments by bank transfer and credit card. Upon registration you will be sent an invoice detailing the charges.
Do you take American Express payments?
In order to minimise costs to our clients, we only accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa Debit card payments.
What happens if I need to cancel?
We recommend you nominate a colleague in your place to avoid any cancellation fees. We can accept name changes at any time prior to the course. Should you not nominate a replacement our cancellation fees are as follows:
- If you cancel more than a month prior to the course we charge a 50% cancellation fee
- If you cancel less than a month prior to the course we charge a 90% cancellation fee

What is the Delegates’ Area?
Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a username and password to access to our Delegates’ Area. Prior to the course you will see details of the course you are going to attend. After the course you will be able to obtain the course manual and photos and also ask the faculty further questions.
