Belarus has secured a 41% price discount on its Russian gas imports on Friday, after agreeing to give Gazprom full ownership of pipeline company Beltransgaz for a price of $2.5 billion. But Ukraine could face a 21% gas import price increase if Kiev and Moscow fail to reach a new agreement, Ukraine's deputy prime minister Sergei Tigipko told local media.
