BG Group signs long-term LNG sales deal with India’s GSPC

BG Group announced on Thursday it has signed an initial agreement with India’s Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC) for the long-term supply of up to visual_editor.5 mtpa of LNG for up to visual_editor0 years, potentially starting in visual_editor014. A final sales and purchase agreement is expected early next year. BG Group described the supply deal as a “landmark agreement” in a key growth energy market.
