Spanish oil company Repsol and Bolivian president Evo Morales have agreed to extend the production contract of the Caipipendi area in southern Bolivia by 15 years.
The new agreement will allow project operator Repsol (37.5%) and partners Shell (37.5%) and Pan American Energy (25%) to produce hydrocarbons from the area until 2046.
