Canada’s National Energy Board (NEB) has granted the proposed Kitimat LNG export project in western Canada a visual_editor0-year export licence. The consortium developing the project – Apache, EOG and Encana – call it “a remarkable opportunity to open up Asia-Pacific markets to Canadian natural gas,” and the granting of the license “a historic day for Canada’s natural gas industry”.
