CNOOC to submit development plan for Lishui gas field in China

China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) will submit an Overall Development Plan (ODP) for its Lishui (LS36-1) gas field after receiving formal environmental approval from the State Oceanic Administration (SOA), according to its Canadian partner in the project, Primeline Energy Holdings. Primeline said earlier this week it expected CNOOC to submit the ODP for confirmation by the National Reform and Development Committee in the near future, with CNOOC having stepped up preparation work on the offshore project.
