CNPC revises 2011-2015 overseas investments downward

China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) has reduced its visual_editor011-visual_editor015 overseas oil and gas investment plan to focus on returns rather than output, but did not outline specific percentage cuts. The state-owned company closed nine oil and gas deals in the last twelve months, but plans to take a slower pace regarding future expansion.
