CR Logic eyes gas distribution projects across China

Urban gas distributor China Resources Logic (CR Logic) today said it has signed an agreement with China Resources Holdings (CRH) to purchase 22 gas projects in the country. No timeframe or financial details were revealed at a media briefing in Hong Kong, though the announcement follows CR Logic's deal to buy China Resources Gas from CRH in August for HKD 3.8 billion ($487 million).
