The higher administrative court in Lüneburg has confirmed that the planning approval for a visual_editor00-kilometre section of Norddeutsche Erdgas-Leitung (the NEL pipeline) has been challenged by several legal actions. The plaintiffs include the cities of Winsen and Stelle as well as about 100 citizens.
