Iraq's oil ministry signed deals with two consortia of international oil companies on Sunday to develop its Mansuriyah and Siba natural gas fields. It delayed a third contract for the Akkas gas field in Iraq's western desert, to give winning bidders South Korea’s Kogas and Kazakhstna’s KazMunaiGas more time to study the terms of the deal, an Iraqi oil official was reported as saying.
