Shell told investors in New York on Friday that the company is making “solid progress” in starting up three major upstream projects this year. The three developments – Qatargas LNG Train 4, the Pearl gas-to-liquids plant in Qatar and an expansion at the Athabasca Oil Sands Project (AOSP) in Canada – will add 400,000 boe/d of production.
