Petronas is set to develop the Kebabangan gas field offshore Sabah, Malaysia, with ConocoPhillips and Shell, after the three companies took a final investment decision. The companies will form the Kebabangan Petroleum Operating Company (KPOC) to develop the project, with Petronas owning 40% equity and ConocoPhillips and Shell holding 30% each.
