Russia's Sakhalin-2 liquefaction plant has reached its design capacity of 9.6 mtpa, the head of Sakhalin Energy, Andrei Galaev, told the annual Sakhalin Oil and Gas 2010 conference in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk this week. He added that Sakhalin exports “now accounts for 5% of the global LNG market.”
