Australia’s Woodside Petroleum said on Monday it had started LNG production at the Pluto project in the Carnarvon Basin near Karratha, in Western Australia, and will soon be loading its first cargo for export. The A$14.9 billion ($15.6 billion) project is expected to produce 4.3 mtpa of LNG.
