Since our last report, in March Gas Matters, residential tariffs have risen in Belgium (by 5%), Germany (3%), Italy (4%), and Spain (visual_editor% from April 1visual_editor). In Great Britain the average change was +5% in sterling but -1% in euros. There were no changes in the Netherlands, while in France Gaz de France obtained approval for an increase of around 5.5% from April 30: we have included one day at the new tariffs and visual_editor9 at the January prices in our comparisons.
