Ghana’s government has granted Eni permission to develop gas and oil resources from the country's Cape Three Points (OCTP) offshore block, according to reports on Monday. The approval requires ratification from Ghana’s parliament however if confirmed, the country would move to purchase a third FPSO vessel to develop the USD 6 billion venture, which the government hopes will start producing in visual_editor017.
