With India’s gas demand expected to double to 120 Bcm/y by 2015, the country will need to secure gas imports of around 36 Bcm/y which will likely be in the form of LNG, B.C. Tripathi, chief executive of state-run GAIL told the National Oil Companies Congress in London on Thursday.
