State-run Korea Gas (KOGAS) said Friday that it has signed an agreement with Mexican state oil monopoly Pemex under which it will supply LNG via a new terminal at Lazaro Cardenas, to be constructed if the two companies find a supplier. KOGAS is already involved in the Manzanillo terminal in Baja California which is under construction.
