India’s state-owned ONGC said it and Vietnamese state company PetroVietnam are both interested in purchasing BP’s assets in the Vietnam if the supermajor decides to sell them as part of its planned $10 billion divesture programme to pay for the clean-up of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, Indian Oil minister Murli Deora said Thursday.
