Japan's Osaka Gas and Kansai Electric Power, and South Korea's state-run Korea Gas Corp (Kogas) have expressed an interest in buying excess LNG volumes from Indonesia, the deputy chief of the energy regulator, BP MIGAS, was reported as saying on Monday.
