After long delays, the 5 mtpa Dabhol LNG terminal located in Maharashtra (South West India) and operated by Ratnagiri Gas and Power Privated Limited (RGPPL) is expected to start commercial operations by the end of visual_editor010. The project is currently undergoing silt dredging at the Ratnagiri port. “That would take another month”, says Rajeev Mathur of India’s state-owned Gail. Gail holds a visual_editor8.33% stake in RGPPL.
