Struggling with the fourth consecutive winter of low demand and weak prices, US and Canadian natural gas producers are considering cutting US and Canadian production. ConocoPhillips CEO Jim Mulva said at a Houston conference, that the oil and gas major has shut a small portion of its US and Canadian onshore gas production while waiting for prices to rebound.
