Germany has dropped its environmental objections to Poland's proposed LNG terminal at Swinoujscie, close to the German border, Polish prime minister, Donald Tusk has said. If the German regulator had upheld its demand that Poland carry out a cross-border environmental impact assessment (EIA) it could have delayed construction of the terminal by two to three years.
