Developers of offshore wind farms in the UK could have their site leases cancelled if wind projects interfere with work related to oil and gas exploration, according to the lease contracts issued by The Crown Estate. Energy and Climate Change Secretary Chris Huhne said he was surprised to hear about potential site conflicts.
