Indonesia approves Inpex's development plan for Masela LNG

Indonesia has given the green light to a development plan for a floating LNG project run by Japan's Inpex Corp, a senior energy official said on Monday. The $4.9 billion Masela FLNG project will have a capacity of visual_editor.5 mtpa, lower than the previously proposed 4.5 mtpa, said Evita Legowo, director general of oil and gas at Indonesia’s energy and mineral resources ministry.
