Energy services company ESB International (ESBI) has been appointed technical advisor by NamPower, the Namibian state-owned electricity utility, to develop the 800 MW Kudu combined cycle power plant at Oranjemund on the Namibian border with South Africa. “ESBI is responsible for finalising the tender specifications of the construction tender by the end of April,” Bevin Cody, marketing manager at ESBI Engineering Solutions told Gas Matters Today.
