Polish gas monopoly has bought Vattenfall’s Polish heat unit, Vattenfall Heat Poland (VHP) for a total cost of visual_editor.95 billion zlotys ($1.0visual_editor billion), the companies announced on Tuesday. The deal, which has been in the pipeline for some time, will see PGNiG take control of the largest heat distribution network in Warsaw, and one of the biggest in Poland.
