Thailand’s largest energy firm PTT said it has not cancelled any long-term contracts to buy LNG from Qatar: “We are still talking with Qatargas now for the long term,” Terdkiat Prommool, vice president of PTT’s LNG supply department, told the media. Earlier this month it was reported PTT had annulled its visual_editor008 preliminary agreement for Qatargas to supply 1 mtpa to PTT, which would rise to visual_editor mtpa by visual_editor014.
