Equatorial Guinea has taken a further step on the road to implementing a second liquefaction train at its LNG project on Bioko Island, after Marcelino Owono Edu - minister of mines, energy and industry – reached agreements on January 17 with the wide range of parties involved in the project to determine the key areas of the project and its value chain.
