Norway’s oil and energy minister Ola Borten Moe said on Friday that he plans to invite government ministers from Canada, Greenland, Norway, Russia and the US to discuss the potential cooperative development of Arctic oil and gas resources. Around a quarter of the world’s undiscovered hydrocarbon resources are thought to lie in the Arctic.
