The man who for the past decade has led the development of Shell’s business in Qatar, Andy Brown, is to succeed Malcolm Brinded as director of the group’s international business. From the start of April, Brown will assume responsibility for a portfolio that includes all of Shell’s oil and gas exploration and production activities outside the Americas. The portfolio includes Shell’s LNG and gas-to-liquids (GTL) businesses.
