The Italian government is likely to bring forward to next week the decree separating midstream infrastructure company Snam from its parent company Eni, according to reports on Thursday. The decree was originally expected at the end of May. And a plan to potentially merge Snam Rete Gas with power grid operator Terna is now off the table, sources told Reuters.
