Croatia’s state-owned pipeline operator Plinacro has finally moved forward with its long-mooted plan to construct an LNG terminal on the northern Adriatic island of Krk. Plinacro has initiated a feasibility study for a 4-6 Bcm/year floating terminal, following delays in the construction of the proposed E.ON Ruhrgas-operated Adria LNG terminal, also on Krk.
