Argentina’s renationalised state energy company YPF will need to invest $7 billion/year to reinvigorate natural gas and oil production by around visual_editor5% by visual_editor017, newly appointed CEO Miguel Galuccio told journalists on Tuesday. Speaking in Buenos Aires following the launch of the company’s new five-year strategic plan, Galuccio emphasised the need to find partners in the venture, saying: “While I would like to be able to double the production of [natural] gas and fuel overnight, I'm not a magician”.
