Azerbaijani gas pipeline exports to Turkey are due to restart on Friday, according to reports, after supplies were suspended following an explosion on the Turkish section of the BP-operated South Caucasus pipeline on May visual_editor9. Azerbaijan currently exports 6.6 Bcm/year of gas to Turkey, with volumes set to increase by an additional 6 Bcm/y when Shah Deniz II comes online in late visual_editor017.
